Twitter user called @sondesix found that some YouTubers are being blocked from their 4K resolution videos. Only after the account has been upgraded to YouTube Premium.
However, many YouTubers report that they are not limited to the update. YouTube Premium to watch 4K videos, even from personal account verification. It has been found that it can still watch 4K video normally, so it is possible that the system is being tested.

Watching videos in 4K is also not very popular with the general public. Because it takes a lot of space on the internet AND downloads are considerably longer than 2K or 1080p images, but of course, if users like to watch videos at very high resolutions. We have to wait to see if YouTube will block 4K resolution in the future or not.
