With sunny track conditions, Miller recorded the fastest time of the whole weekend. He made a time of 2 minutes 2.923 seconds, and became the only one to break the time under 1 minute 3 seconds.
Miller beat LCR Honda racer, Takaaki Nakagami. The Japanese rider became the best Honda rider, after making a time of 2 minutes 3.602 seconds.
While the top three positions are completed by Suzuki Ecstar racer, Alex Rins. He managed to secure a place in Q2, after making a time of 2 minutes 3.727 seconds.
While the most successful racer in Cota, Marc Marquez occupied the fourth position. The Repsol Honda team racer carved a time of 2 minutes 3.804 seconds.
The leader of the standings, Fabio Quartararo still cannot shine at Cota. After recording a time of 2 minutes 3.867 seconds, he was only able to occupy the sixth position.
Unfortunately, unsatisfactory results were obtained by Valentino Rossi. The Petronas SRT Yamaha team racer was only able to occupy the 25th position, with a time of 2 minutes 4.860 seconds.
