“Uruguayan Rock Band Hereford Reunites for One Epic Show”

After disbanding a decade ago, the band gets back together for a single show.

Hereford was a Uruguayan rock band made up of Diego Martino (guitar and vocals), Guzmán Mendaro (lead guitar and backing vocals), Frank Lampariello (bass and vocals) and Rodrigo Trobo (drums). Its beginnings date back to 1995 when the four friends came together with the idea of making music.

The band released five studio albums and left some classics like “Welcome to the show”, “The simplest of things”, “Cierto” and “La corona del rey”.

They stopped playing in 2013, went their separate ways and at the end of 2021, Martino and Lampariello shared the stage again. Which was a harbinger of the Hereford reunion.

Their return will be a unique moment, where they will be able to enjoy live the hits of one of the emblematic bands of national music, which marked more than a generation.

Hereford will play again on November 25 at the Summer Theatre. Tickets can already be obtained through Tickantel, at 950 and 1,250 pesos.
