Update: ING malfunction solved Financial

Several complaints were received by ING on Twitter. “It’s great that you need your mobile app for everything, but then they have to make it work,” grumbles Carmen Oomen from Nijmegen.

The allestoringen.nl website has also seen a sharp peak in the number of complaints the bank receives since Saturday morning. Three quarters of the complaints relate to problems with logging in.
