Upcoming Thanksgiving Festival at Bochum’s Weekly Market

Autumn has now arrived with a view to the fallen temperatures. The perfect time for a Thanksgiving feast. The weekly market team at Bochum Marketing GmbH has put a lot of things together for next Saturday, October 21st, to celebrate a small family festival together with the dealers. From 9 a.m., shopping, which can be carried out as usual from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., will be accompanied by a colorful supporting program.

A grilled sausage from the Granel butcher shop in a bun from the Heidrich bakery not only underlines the close cooperation between the traders at Bochum’s weekly markets, but is also a delicious treat that you can enjoy as part of the Thanksgiving festival. It’s also worth taking your children with you to shop at the market: the “Little Caterpillar” from Bochum-Wattenscheid offers face painting and conjures up works of art on the little ones’ faces. The musical accompaniment will be provided by singer-songwriter Tobias Sicken, who has already impressed at many events in the city.

Special offer at all dealers

Of course, the market square will also be decorated in autumn – also in keeping with the season – and it’s not just straw bales and pumpkins that create the appropriate atmosphere. The entertaining morning in Bochum-Riemke is also noticeable when shopping: all retailers are participating with a special offer for visitors to the weekly market.
