Unusually high temperatures once again filled the beaches in both cities

The warm weather, with temperatures well above the usual for the season, filled the Burgas beach with people. There were also those who were afraid to enter the sea, despite the much lower water temperatures, Bulfoto reports.
In our maritime capital, the situation was similar to that in Burgas.
Hundreds of Varna residents spent the day off by the seashore, enjoying the generous rays of the October sun.
As BLITZ reportedon Saturday the beaches in both cities were also full of enthusiasts.
The October heat on October 21 even broke two records.
On October 21, a record 32.9 degrees was measured in Montana. A temperature record of 34.8 degrees Celsius was reported in Veliko Tarnovo.
The last highest temperature for October 21 was measured 31 years ago, in 1992, when the thermometer recorded 27 degrees. According to Silvia Tsoneva from the measuring station, the highest degrees in October were 37.7 degrees and they were measured in 1993 on October 15.
During the next 24 hours, a cold atmospheric front will pass. Cloudiness will be variable, more significant at night and in the morning hoursbut the probability of precipitation is small, a after lunch from the west it will decrease to mostly sunny weather.
The wind throughout the country will be oriented from the north-northeast, it will be weak.
Temperatures will drop slightly, but will remain above normal for October: the minimum will be between 12° and 17°, and the maximum – between 24° and 29°. In Sofia, the minimum temperature will be around 13°, and the maximum – around 25°.
Above the Black Sea cloud cover will be variable, decreasing towards the end of the day to negligible. A light wind will blow from the north-northeast. Maximum temperatures: 23°-25°. The temperature of the sea water is 19°-21°. The excitement of the sea will be 1-2 points.
Over the mountains cloud cover will be variable, decreasing after lunch to mostly sunny weather. It will blow to a moderate north-westerly, sometimes strong south-westerly wind, which will turn from the west after noon. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters is about 20°, at 2000 meters – about 11°.
