Look, again, I understand that you personally feel that way, and I’m not saying I might disagree in part, but we’ve had unique games/platform-specific IPs since the 1970s, so I don’t understand the fuss. If it was such a bad thing it could never have survived because the consumer ultimately speaks with their wallet, and apparently the vast majority of consumers have no problem with the fact that he or she just happens to be platform A, B or buy C to play a particular game.

And yes, companies are not philanthropic institutions, so it makes sense that they want to make a profit.

By the way, that has nothing to do with the quality of the games themselves, so with all due respect, I honestly think that’s a bit of nonsense.

EDIT:
In fact, the exclusivity of certain games on certain platforms actually ensures a higher quality, because those platform-specific games can get the most out of that particular hardware.
