The construction boom in Plovdiv is in full swing. However, some companies continue to circumvent the law. A reader of Plovdiv24.bg:
“The craziness continues. The building, which is at the intersection of Sava Mutkurov Street and Pobeda Street, does not have any registration plates regarding the property identifier, the construction height, the contractor, the client, the construction period and a photo of the building. Apparently, the object has been upgraded and does not comply with the norms of the ZUT.”
Another resident of Plovdiv says that the safety sheet metal fence also covers the sidewalk and pedestrians cannot use it. “I always look around while waiting for the traffic light, lest something accidentally fall from above,” commented the man.
