United Warriors inaugurated, Ricardinho reveals the reason for playing in Indonesia

United Warriors introduce Ricardo as their new player on Monday (13/6/2022). The Portuguese player revealed his reason for going to Indonesia.

United Swordsman Owner Atta Lightning also attended the inauguration. He explained Ricardinho’s arrival to Indonesia to strengthen the team in the second round of the 2022 Professional Futsal League.

In addition, Atta also has another mission behind the arrival of Ricardinho.

“This is my mission to promote and increase public enthusiasm for Indonesian futsal,” said Atta at Ricardinho’s introductory press conference, Monday (13/6/2022).

“Since I was a teenager I have been a fan of Ricardinho. The video that I edited and uploaded for the first time on Youtube was a compilation of Ricardinho. Thank God now he can play in the team I built,” he said.

Furthermore, Atta also hopes that the arrival of Ricardinho will further add to the value and splendor of Indonesian futsal. The hope is that positive things can lead to the Indonesian Futsal National Team.

Meanwhile, Ricardinho admitted that he was very happy to be joining the United Warriors. The six-time Futsal World Player of the Year hopes to build the United Warriors even better.

“Indonesia is a country with high futsal enthusiasm. I often monitor social media and many of my fans are from Indonesia,” said Ricardinho.

“When announcing that I was playing at Swordsman United, I got a lot of positive messages that came into my media. This enthusiasm made me want to play in Indonesia even more,” he said.

“My main mission is, of course, to help this team become champions. In addition, I also want to promote Indonesian futsal to the world’s eyes. I see Indonesian futsal has great potential for now,” he said.
