A recidivist robbed a kindergarten in Varna. The man broke open the kitchen door and headed for the groceries. In the morning, the host of the children’s kitchen was surprised to find that 29 bottles of oil and 5 liters of detergent were missing from the room.
“The colleague saw that the door was broken. She found a package of mincemeat in front of the stairs, which signaled to her that there was a theft”, explained the deputy director of “Student and canteen nutrition” – Varna Dobrinka Yordanova.
In addition to the minced meat, 29 bottles of oil from the children’s facility are also missing. “We were shocked! This is kindergarten after all. We feed small children. This is an attack on our children”, believes Yordanova.
The police are investigating. It turns out that not only the oil and minced meat are missing. “It was established that two cleaning agents – type vero, and two bunches of bananas were also taken,” said the deputy director of “Student and Canteen Meals” – Varna.
Hours after the brazen robbery, uniformed officers detained the thief – a 20-year-old man known to the Ministry of the Interior. In one evening, in addition to a kindergarten, he also robbed an apartment, from where he set up a music system.
Later, most of the products were returned to the nursery. The man was caught having breakfast with the stolen products with friends. The police say that this is an unprecedented case.
