It has now been agreed that wages will rise by at least 2 percent from 1 January this year, with a floor of 90 euros, according to the CNV. All employees receive a one-off payment of 250 euros. Irregular work is also better rewarded: “The compensation for on-call and on-call services will be doubled and the regulation for the irregularity allowance will also be improved,” reports the CNV.
The current collective labor agreement expired six months ago.
