Sir I want to ask

Currently in my company it is mandatory to use BPJS Health if you are hospitalized stay. Currently I also have personal insurance from the private sector.

There was an incident when I used DHF insurance from the private sector to be treated for 10 days, but my company did not want to admit it because I did not use BPJS. As a result of this my annual leave was cut. And it was also explained by HRD that if the annual leave is not enough then it will be deducted from the salary.

I once debated this issue because in my opinion no one will be harmed if I use private insurance because I am the one who pays the premium. According to HRD is listed in the PKB.

My question is whether there are regulations that require you to use BPJS outside private health insurance? and whether the company can be sued if it forces things the?
