HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
– RETURNS IN ONLINE ORDER STORE (valid for any payment method): You can return or change your order for free at any of our stores, within 60 days of receiving the order, provided that it meets the conditions of our return policy. If you return your order to a JD store, you will receive a refund within 3 to 5 days. Currently changes can only be made in store.
– RETURNS THROUGH OUR RETURN CENTER (https://devoluciones.jdsports.es/)(valid for any payment method): To return your order through our Returns Center you have 30 days from when you receive your order to register your return here: https://devoluciones.jdsports.es/ and another 30 days to send your package back. Once the return is registered, the platform will provide you with the label that you must use to send your package back. If you return your order through our Returns Center, the refund can take up to 10 business days. We currently do not offer a free mail-in refund service unless you have paid with PayPal, in which case shipping costs will be paid. This refund of return costs is a service provided by PayPal Pte. Ltd. in collaboration with TELUS International Europe and you have to activate it in the Returns section of the PayPal website.
