After the legendary skin and the 500 Kudos offered to compensate for server bugs and thank the patience of millions of players, Fall Guys announced a new update a few days ago. The latter brings many fixes but will above all give access to a new mini-game that was very popular during its beta phase.
The new event called “Jump Showdown”Is a mini-game used for the last round. The goal is to be the last survivor on the platforms and get the famous crown. However, there is an additional difficulty compared to the traditional mini-game. Bars are present on both sides, which implies increased vigilance. The platforms will also fall faster and faster as the game progresses until only one remains. But beware, a single stroke of golden sausage will take you off the field.
A new patch note has arrived for Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout :
- The Tail Catcher mini-game will be less present in order to add more variation in the final round.
- Improved matchmaking and server error messages.
- Fixed a bug at launch with some regional calendars defined in the operating system.
- Fixed the bug of games sometimes failing due to too many requests.
- Fixed the bug of some special characters causing display issues in player names.
- Fixed the bug related to the “Big Tease” Achievement not unlocking in specific regions.
- Fixed the bug of the crown not being entered in the Mountain Fall level.
- Fixed physics in levels such as Tip Toe.
- Fixed some collisions in the Block Party allowing players to bypass blocks.
- PC only – Fixed some gamepad models not being detected on the PC.
Latest information for the road, new levels and cosmetics are expected soon on the game. It must be said that despite the overwhelming success of the title, many point to a redundancy too present caused by a lack of tests and therefore renewal.
