“Currently, the Russians in the region have changed their tactics … These are constant shootings, it is keeping our troops under constant pressure and attracting our units. But there are several places in the Kharkiv region where our soldiers have reached the border with Russia,” a ministry spokesman said.
Russian troops are not easing tensions in the region just so that Ukrainian Armed Forces units are not relocated from there and are doing everything possible to prevent a counterattack by the Ukrainian army, the official explained.
In the Kharkiv region, the invaders are not attacking the positions of the armed forces, but the peaceful settlements, Motuzyan said.
