General Valery Zalujny, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, gave an interview to the “Washington Post” newspaper. SIA reports that he said that his country cannot fight with Russia under certain conditions.
Western allies have set the condition that the long-range missiles and other munitions they provided to the Ukrainian Armed Forces cannot be used to strike Russian territory.
According to the Commander-in-Chief, Ukraine uses only domestically produced weapons to attack Russian territory.
“Why should I ask anyone for permission to do something in enemy territory to save my people?” – Zalujni emphasized.
“Why? Because Putin… will use nuclear weapons? And the dead children don’t care. It is our problem and it is up to us to decide how to kill the enemy. In war, you can and should kill in enemy territory. If our partners are afraid to use their weapons, we will kill them with our weapons,” said the commander of the Ukrainian army.
