Famous Ukrainian comedian and presenter Fima Konstantinovsky honestly told why he was not at the front.
So, the showman admitted that he was scared to go to the front line. This is what he’s talking about told in an interview with the Rozmova YouTube channel. The showman said that, in turn, he is trying to do his best on the home front, so as not to feel ashamed that he is not at war:
“For example, I’m not at the front, because I’m fucking scared. And I understand that those who are there are also scared. When they write, “Why not at the front?”… I try to do as much as possible so that I don’t feel I’m ashamed of those who are now at the front. Help as much as I can,” Konstantinovsky said.
The presenter emphasized that everyone in the rear must do everything to speed up our victory and help our military:
“It’s just that everyone must understand that if he is a coward like me, is not ready to go to the front, is not ready to risk his life, then you must… You 100% won’t even do something like that here in the rear, because at least you won’t lose here your life, but you should get as close as possible to how useful you can be. Now being useful is the top goal of any person,” said the artist.
