According to the minister, “Plan B”, which journalists and experts are talking about, is a concession to Russia.

For them, “Plan B” is to agree to some territorial concessions, it is a refusal to help Ukraine obtain weapons, it is not to transfer the frozen assets of the Russian Federation to Ukraine. He stressed that Ukraine does not need such a “Plan B”.
