Ukraine’s NATO Membership: Expert Says Agreements with Germany and France Fall Short

Kyiv’s agreements with Germany and France will not give Ukraine guarantees of joining NATO. Western countries will not allow this because they do not want a conflict with Russia, Chinese military expert and television commentator Song Zhongping told the Global Times.

Earlier, Kyiv signed a security agreement with France and Germany.
