“The state has not created financial instruments (which was provided for in the law) so that small farms have the opportunity to buy the land they cultivate, and therefore it may end up in the ownership of the largest agricultural holdings,” writes TK.

“In this difficult time, we, small farmers, do not have the opportunity to buy land and compete with agricultural holdings and owners of black cash… Where are the equal conditions? What did the government offer us? We’re on the brink now. I left everything and went to the front to defend and reclaim our land. And they want to sell it during the war,” he said.
From January 1, Ukraine has officially allowed the sale of 10 thousand hectares to one person, which could lead to the bankruptcy of small farmers in the country, followed by Ukrainian villages, TC notes.
