Ukraine National Team Announces Squad for Euro 2024 Qualifying Matches against England and Italy

Head coach of the national team of Ukraine Sergey Rebrov announced the squad that will take part in the training camp and qualifying matches for Euro 2024 against England (September 9 in Wroclaw) and Italy (September 12 in Milan). The announced list includes 25 players. Five more performers were included in the reserve list.

The composition of the national team of Ukraine
Goalkeepers: Georgy Bushchan (Dynamo Kyiv), Anatoly Trubin (Benfica Lisbon, Portugal), Andrey Lunin (Real Madrid, Spain).

Defenders: Mykola Matvienko, Yefim Konoplya (both – Shakhtar Donetsk), Denis Popov, Oleksandr Timchik (both – Dynamo Kyiv), Vitaliy Mykolenko (Everton Liverpool, England), Ilya Zabarny (Bournemouth, England), Sergey Krivtsov (Inter Miami, USA), Bogdan Mikhailichenko (Dynamo Zagreb, Croatia).

Midfielders: Andriy Yarmolenko, Serhiy Sidorchuk, Vitaliy Buyalsky, Mykola Shaparenko (all – Dynamo Kyiv), Taras Stepanenko, Oleksandr Zubkov, Georgy Sudakov, Yegor Nazarina (all – Shakhtar Donetsk), Oleksandr Zinchenko (Arsenal London, England) , Viktor Tsygankov (Girona, Spain), Mikhail Mudrik (Chelsea, London, England).

Forwards: Roman Yaremchuk (Club Brugge, Belgium), Artem Dovbik (Girona, Spain), Vladislav Vanat (Dynamo Kyiv).

Reserve list: Oleksandr Karavaev (Dynamo Kyiv), Oleksandr Svatok, Oleksandr Pikhalyonok (both Dnipro-1 Dnipro), Arseniy Batagov (Zorya Luhansk), Daniil Sikan (Shakhtar Donetsk).

The national team will start its training camp on September 3 in Trzebnica – a suburb of Wroclaw. It is in this Polish city that the blue-yellows will play against England on September 9th. Three days after that, on September 12, the Ukrainians will play Italy at the San Siro in Milan.
