At the same time, German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock said that recognition by Russian President Vladimir Putin pseudo-republics “LPR” and “DPR” deliberately nullifies many years of efforts in the Normandy format and the OSCE.

Recall, on the evening of February 21 Putin announced the recognition of the “independence” of the so-called “DNR” and “LNR”. After the statement on the recognition of the “independence” of the terrorist “DNR” and “LNR”, the head of the Kremlin, in the presence of the leaders of the militants Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik, signed a corresponding decree, as well as agreements on friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance between the Russian Federation and the “LDNR”.

Putin also appealed to the Russian parliament to recognize the “independence” of the “DNR” and “LNR”.
