Tyreek Hill Aims to “Finish” Former Team in Frankfurt Game

Frankfurt/Main (dpa) – Football professional Tyreek Hill from the Miami Dolphins wants to “finish” his former team Kansas City Chiefs in the first game in Frankfurt. The 29-year-old wide receiver said on Thursday that he also wishes his ex-team “a good” game. Head coach Mike McDaniel’s Miami team will face the current Super Bowl champions from Kansas City on Sunday (3:30 p.m./RTL and DAZN) in the Frankfurt Stadium.

Hill, who was under contract with the Chiefs until March 2022, knows what challenge awaits the Dolphins: “I always tell the guys, “Find Kelce.” Tight end player Travis Kelce, who was most recently known for his alleged relationship with What made pop singer Taylor Swift headlines around the world was the “energy of the team.” Hill himself said on Thursday that he was tired after arriving in Germany at the beginning of the week: “I’m still trying to adjust my sleep rhythm.”

The NFL honored Hill on Thursday as the AFC Offensive Player of the Month for October. “I just found out this morning too. It’s an honor to receive such an award,” he said. Hill passed the honor on to his team: “They were incredible.” His teammates had described him, among other things, as the “fastest man in the world” – who is set to set a record on Sunday.

After eight games of the regular season, Hill has already accumulated 1,014 yards on passes caught. This makes him the first player in 62 years with over 1,000 receiving yards in a team’s first eight games of the season. If he manages 91 receiving yards on Sunday, he will also break the record for the most yards through caught passes after nine games since the start of the first Super Bowl season in 1966. He set the current record himself in the previous season with 1,104 yards.
