The meteorologist Emanuel Rodriguez recommended this morning to the people that have caution on the rivers.
“The people who go to the rivers of the interior, north and east have to take into account that they are running higher than normal and you do not need extra rainfall to run all of a sudden. If they see that it is raining in the mountain, a lot of caution because you could lose a coup of water, even when it’s not raining where you are,” he said The New Day.
