Two companies from Trois-Rivières are among the finalists of the prestigious Les Mercuriades business competition: Excelpro and the Center de Métallurgie du Québec.
Excelpro, which specializes in automation and industrial electricity for manufacturing industries, is found in the category Successful business strategy alongside Groupe LOU-TEC, Groupe TAQ and Micro Logic.
As for the Quebec Metallurgy Center located in Trois-Rivières, it stood out in the category Contribution to regional economic development. He is opposed to Accès location +, Buffet Accès Emploi and Constructions HDF.
“What an honor to learn that Excelpro and the Quebec Metallurgy Center located in Trois-Rivières are among the finalists of this prestigious competition! It is with the influence of initiatives such as this that Trois-Rivières will gain in attractiveness. We have a strong region of talented and inspiring entrepreneurs who actively participate in the economic dynamics of our territory,” commented Me Cassy Bernier, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Trois-Rivières.
After two virtual years, the winners of the Les Mercuriades competition will be announced during the gala evening to be held face-to-face at the Palais des Congrès in Montreal on May 2. The evening will highlight 74 finalists, SMEs and large companies from all sectors, divided into 16 categories. (M.E.B.A.)
