Two David Bowie stores to open in London and New York


The store openings are part of Bowie 75, a celebration marking the British musician’s birthday.

A couple of pop-up stores from David Bowie will open later this month to celebrate the late artist’s 75th birthday, this celebration is named after Bowie 75. The countries in which the stores will be opened will be London and New York, which will open to the public on October 25 until the end of January.

The stores will have various projection rooms with HD video and surround audio, this experience will be with the help of technology 360 Reality Audio, which will give fans a unique audiovisual experience by taking them to know a deep perspective of the vision of David Bowie.

Two special locations will open Bowie 75, the first is 14 Heddon Street in London, the location that was used for the cover of The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, and the second is at 150 Wooster Street in New York City, near where he lived Bowie in the city.

Exclusive photographs included in the gallery’s facilities will also be available documenting the different eras of Bowie. The new merchandise of Bowie will be on sale in pop-up stores, as well as a limited series of LPs and CDs which you can pre-order here.
