TVS has just launched a modern-retro style sports bike named Ronin in Indonesia. This is how the brand-new sports bike looks like.
TVS Motor Company Indonesia released a retro-modern style sports motorbike, the Ronin at the Jakarta Fair (PRJ) 2023. TVS Ronin is the first sports motorbike made by the Indian manufacturer. The motorbike is for those who want to have a limitless driving experience.
“The launch of the new TVS Ronin is an important milestone for TVS Motor in Indonesia. TVS Ronin is designed with the latest technology and connected features for today’s young riders. With the launch of this motorcycle, we will expand our product portfolio, into the modern-retro and we will provide a premium lifestyle experience for our customers,” explained President Director of PT TVS Motor Company Indonesia J.Thangarajan in a press release.
TVS Ronin is designed with the latest design and technology to pamper the driver. The design is inspired by today’s modern riders. To complement that, TVS pinned a 225 cc engine capacity. Thanks to this engine, the TVS Ronin can churn out 20.4 PS of power and 19.93 Nm of torque.
Do not forget that there are several safety features that have been embedded, such as the ABS braking system, Glide Through Technology (GTT) and connectivity to Bluetooth via voice commands. TVS Ronin is also equipped with LED lights, a Pilot Lamp shaped like the letter ‘T’ emblazoned on the main lights, an asymmetrical speedometer, 9-inch alloy wheels, Digital Cluster, incoming phone alerts, as well as driving analysis through the TVS SmartXonnect application.
TVS Ronin will be available in Indonesia in two variants, namely TVS Ronin SS (single tone single channel ABS) and TVS Ronin TD (Triple tone dual channel ABS). TVS Ronin will be available at TVS Motor dealers throughout Indonesia starting July 2023. TVS Ronin is offered at IDR 34.9 million for the SS variant, while for the TD variant it costs IDR 38.9 million.
