Upper Austria’s regional broadcaster TV1 OÖ is getting a new managing director and editor-in-chief in Christof Bauer, while managing director Manfred Ettinger is now also responsible for sales and marketing. “In doing so, we are taking into account the development of TV1, which has positioned itself more and more professionally in recent years,” says Lorenz Cuturi, managing partner of Medienhaus Wimmer. Ettinger adds: “The development and growth in recent years confirm the path we have chosen to become a television broadcaster throughout Upper Austria with strong regional roots. We have therefore decided to focus even more on the program.” “New viewing behaviors also need new ideas.
