TV audiences: “Candice Renoir” well ahead of “Tourists”

Still in great shape, “Candice Renoir”, with Cécile Bois and Raphaël Lenglet, attracted 4.46 million viewers this Friday evening (23.8% of the public). The France 2 detective series is doing even better than last Friday, when it gathered 4.29 million people. A score that should delight Two, who has just decided to renew the series for an eleventh season.

Very far behind, TF1 comes in second place with “Les Touristes”, an entertainment program presented by Arthur. Only 1.98 million onlookers observed the immersion of Virginie Hocq, Booder, Claudia Tagbo, Chris Marques, Issa Doumbia and Cartman in the luxury hotel industry (i.e. 10.6% audience share). The program, which had gathered 1.83 million viewers during its previous issue last July, therefore remains weak.

“Zootopia” on M 6 is almost on a par with the front page

The front page is almost on a par with M 6, where “Zootopia”, Disney’s wonderful animal animated film, attracted 1.96 million fans (also 10.6% market share). On France 3, the entertainment “Come on, I’ll take you”, in which artists from the new French scene revisit songs from the national repertoire, brought together 1.4 million music lovers (8% of the public). Last February, the program presented by Laury Thilleman had gathered 1.31 million people.

Among the other channels, Arte comes out on top with the film “Diplomacy”: this drama by Volker Schlöndorff with André Dussollier and Niels Arestrup which takes place during the Liberation was watched by 691,000 moviegoers (3.6% audience share). It is ahead of the magazine “Enquête d’action” on W9, entitled “Gendarmes against delinquents: maximum alert in the south of France”, which attracted 534,000 viewers (2.9% market share).
