Tuesday mostly warm and sunny; places cool night / Day is expected

The air temperature at night will drop to +9 .. + 16 degrees, in some places in Vidzeme and Latgale the air will cool down to +6 degrees.

The maximum air temperature per day will be +22 .. + 26 degrees, in Kurzeme – up to +28 degrees.

A slow wind will blow, mostly east wind.

A small amount of clouds is expected in Riga, without precipitation. The minimum air temperature during the night on Tuesday will be +15 degrees, on the outskirts +10 .. + 13 degrees; during the day the air warms up to +25 degrees.

The Latvian Center for Environment, Geology and Meteorology has issued a warning about high fire risk in forests.
