As a result of the accident, they died at the scene.

“The three victims died at the scene,” said Erwan Subagyo in a written statement on Monday.

Meanwhile, Head of Public Relations of Daop 7 Madiun Ixfan Hendriwintoko said, although there were no latches at the crossing, it was known that there were traffic signs.
