“We will never have an election result on November 3,” he said Friday during a speech near Washington. “In my opinion, we will not be able to know how this election ends for weeks, months, maybe never”.

A senior U.S. official charged with protecting the integrity of the poll on Wednesday said his biggest concern was not about possible foreign interference before the election, but after the November 3 vote.
If he is also concerned about attempts to influence Russia, China, Iran and others during the campaign, William Evanina, director of the National Center for Counter-Intelligence and Security (NCSC) spoke said “worried from election day”.
