Trump virtually refuses election debate | Abroad

WASHINGTON

Trump thinks he is no longer contagious. He was hospitalized last week after being diagnosed with the corona virus. He’s been back in the White House since Monday night. He says he feels fantastic, but he is still being treated.

The next debate between President Trump and his challenger Joe Biden was supposed to take place virtually, according to the committee in charge of organizing the debates. This committee reported. Trump would then remain in the White House. It is not yet clear where Biden will be next week.

The scheduled debate on October 15 is the second in a row of three in the run-up to the presidential election on November 3. The first debate was shortly before Trump turned out to be positive. Biden has been negative so far.
