Trump is still not going to step down. According to CNN, he is trying to persuade him to do it | News from the world

On Saturday, major media announced that they were forecasting Joe Biden to win elections presidential. Not all the votes have been counted yet, but his leadership in the major states gives him some victory.

It is customary when the result is clear, the losing candidate informally concedes: in a public statement he admits that he has lost and privately calls or otherwise sends congratulations to the winner. Trump (as the first contemporary candidate for the president USA) did not do this after the winner was announced and is not going to do so yet. However, he announces court claims regarding the election results and, without presenting any evidence, accuses alleged fraud.

They urge Trump to consider stepping down

On Twitter (writing only in capital letters), he alleged that observers were not allowed to count votes (which is not true)while “bad things” were happening (for which there is no evidence).

However, Biden’s victory is so certain that, according to CNN, Donald Trump’s son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner was to suggest to him that he should step down. CNN cites two sources according to which the husband of the president’s daughter, Ivanka, spoke with Trump about the possibility of stepping down. Kushner is expected to try to persuade the president to even consider stepping down in line with tradition.

Trump’s hosts of his favorite television, Fox News, are also urging Trump to step down with “dignity” to preserve the “legacy” of his presidency.
