Truffle et terroir festival impresses Las Vegas culinary expert, Claude Cevasco

Along the aisles, an unexpected encounter: Claude Cevasco, president of the Friends of Escoffier in Las Vegas, culinary arts instructor in Las Vegas, consultant in the hotel industry for 40 years in the United States. On vacation in the region, this professional decided to visit the Truffle et terroir event: “I have lived in the United States for more than 40 years, in Las Vegas in particular.
