Surprise strangers and record the whole thing with a hidden camera – that is the concept of «Change Moments». The videos of the seven-strong collective reach well over a million people on social media. In their latest coup, they surprise truck driverswho are on the road every day during the Corona crisis.

With Koch Elias, a large banner and a megafon the surprise was a success: “It was incredibly nice for me to see the great joy and gratitude on the faces of the chauffeurs,” says initiator Stefan Pfister. “The truck drivers were overwhelmed by the action: ‘I’ve never done anything like this,’ said one of them.”

Even a little ‘Merci’ triggers a lot in people

It is important for Pfister and his colleagues DAnke to say: “The chauffeurs work very hard and are on the road every day so that our groceries are in the shops.” Even a small «Merci» triggers a lot in people: «We notice that again and again in our actions.
