The new trotting season will start on Saturday in Tongeren. The number of match days has already been reduced from 25 to 16 and the public is (for the time being) not allowed. “A pity, because nowhere is the atmosphere better than here,” says professional jockey Gunter Loix (42) from Sint-Truiden.
