The restaurant’s trademark
Arnault Drouin has been participating in the competition for several years. “It was a butcher friend who had registered me without asking me,” he recalls. The dish will become the hallmark of the restaurant. “Customers come to us for that, all year round, to take away or on site! It is our flagship product, we are continuing the tradition, ”adds Chantal Drouin.
“This award is a great success for us, it is also a pleasure for Pont-l’Évêque and gives another good reason to come, ”adds Arnault Drouin. According to the restaurateur, there would be more and more competition every year. “This is our second national grand prize. The main thing is to maintain ourselves… But we can only do better: we still have the international price to go for! “
