From May 9th to 12th, the trinational student film festival “Shorts” will be held in the Forum Cinemas in Offenburg. It is headed by university lecturer and filmmaker Heiner Behring.
BZ: Professor Behring, you came to the Offenburg University of Applied Sciences 25 years ago and set up the media faculty, which now has more than 800 students. And even then it was always shown what they produce. Why?
