The Trepang2 shooter, which many perceive as the successor to the FEAR concept, was released in June 2023 only on the PC.
The game received excellent reviews on Steam and critical acclaim. Trepang2 will soon be available to console gamers as well.
What is known
Publisher Team17 and studio Trepang announced that the shooter will be released on the Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 on October 2, 2023. Pre-orders will open soon.
In addition, the developers announced a major update to the PC version of Trepang2, which will add new maps and skins to the game, as well as fix many bugs.
A release date for the patch has yet to be announced.
