On the night of Sunday to Monday (February 13-14), drivers will face significant traffic restrictions on the A4 motorway in the Kostomłotów area. Three transports with propellers for wind turbines are scheduled to exit the motorway there.
The first of three transports of propeller sets for energy turbines on the A4 motorway section near Wrocław is scheduled for Sunday night (February 13-14). According to the Wrocław branch of GDDKiA – the logistical preparation of this project will require, among others, dismantling of barriers, street lamps and road signs on the A4 motorway in the vicinity of the Kostomłoty junction. Traffic restrictions – Temporary suspension or strictures will occur from Sunday 22:00 to Monday 6:00.
For the duration of oversized transport, within the Kostomłoty junction, at the intersection of the northern junction of the A4 motorway with the national road No. 5 and the district road No. 2079D, traffic will be suspended. This is related to the maneuvers that heavy goods vehicles will have to perform to exit the motorway. Three transports are planned for one night, each of them will take place in separate cycles after the completion of the predecessor’s maneuver.
The next rides to the wind farm will take place at night from 16 to February 17 and from February 18 to 19.
