«It is not without interest to remember that the implementation of a roadmap is comparable to that of a vehicle. Before putting it in motion, you must check the condition of its wheels, fuel, battery, etc. If one of these checks is botched, this vehicle, even a new one, can end up stranded on the side of the road. Users are generally impatient and even annoyed by these checks. They are no less useful and simply salutary. This is precisely the purpose of the inventory that has been underway for around fifty days.», declared the Prime Minister to reassure the deputies and the populations.

Remember that the presentation of this roadmap is in accordance with the Transition Charter.
