Dakar, June 29 (APS) – The Liverpool team, champion of England 2020, wishes to recruit the Senegalese international Kalidou Koulibaly, by integrating into the negotiations its Croatian defender Dejan Lovren, announces an Italian specialized daily.
By integrating Lovren into the deal, the Reds want to lower the price of 100 million euros requested by Napoli for the acquisition of the Senegalese defender.
Jürgen Klopp, the Liverpool coach who wants to build his central axis with the Dutchman Van Dijk and Koulibaly, is ready to integrate the Cameroonian Joël Matip, adds the same source.
Besides Liverpool, two other English clubs namely Manchester United and Manchester City were announced among the possible buyers of the Senegalese defender considered as one of the best specialists in his post.
The 29-year-old Senegalese international has played five seasons in Naples from Genk (Belgium).
If the Senegalese international is the largest market value of Naples, President Aurélio de Laurentis does not exclude to put on the market other players like the Brazilian Allan, the Spanish Fabian Ruiz, the Polish Krystian Milik.
