Spokesman Hans Mariën confirms that there was in fact a personal computer problem that prompted the duplication of some payments in merchants, dollars withdrawals, wire transfers and own loans. The financial institution is not able to offer an precise figure of the number of afflicted consumers. That would be about 7 p.c of the full number of transactions these days.
