Traitor, Katarina Flatland | War on traitors declared – had to “pay with life”

The game between the 16 remaining celebrity contestants in “Traitor” continues to escalate, and it’s only now that it turns out that the concept is really starting to hit their heads.

Last week it was the TV profiles Hallvard Flatland (65) and Christer Falck (53) who had to leave the program and see themselves betrayed by their loyalists.

the daughter of the first, Katarina Flatland (33) – who can also be seen in the program, reacted strongly when she realized that her father was not present. That said, she declared war on the traitors and promised to investigate each one until she found the culprits.

However, when she started pointing fingers, she became a threat to the traitors and was eventually eliminated by the Chosen.

– I think it’s kind of a compliment, that they want the Flatland family so badly in this competition, he says in the episode.

I realized how important trust is

When Nettavisen met Flatland at the show’s press screening in early September, he had no doubt that the experience was more challenging than he had imagined.

Furthermore, she did not hide the fact that she realized how important trust in people is.

– As soon as you take away people’s trust and the opportunity to trust each other, life becomes incredibly exhausting, he told Nettavisen.

When the 33-year-old returned home, it was discovered that it would take up to three days before she could finally find peace and return to everyday life.

– It was only three days after I got home that I felt my nerves calm down and that I was able to trust people again without thinking twice, she said.

It would merge again

Despite a busy life, Flatland has no doubts that she could have been involved again and points out that the reality program has checked the points on reality that suit her.

– I have been asked to take part in many different reality shows, but I thought this sounded like a lot of fun, he said and added:

– I think it’s a lot of fun with this kind of reality show, which is a competition and a game that you have to overcome.

Eventually, she would have liked to participate again because she now feels she has a better understanding of the game and could chart a clearer tactic by which she believes she would go further.

Overwhelmed

As Friday’s first elimination ended, rumors and accusations came in all directions from loyal competitors. In the boardroom last week, it seemed for a long time that TV personality Tonje Frigstad (22) was supposed to leave the game, but she desperately managed to hang on.

However, it turned out not to last long, when an alliance was formed consisting of Jonas Lihaug (32), Christopher Robin Omdahl (30), Magnus Midtbø (33), Erlend Mørch (27) and Sander Dale (23).

The boys’ club was convinced that Frigstad was a traitor and together they convinced most of the attendees to vote her out on Friday’s episode.

– It was annoying. Because I could say anything, but people made sure it was me. People were just too cowardly to go against the group and stand out, he explains to Nettavisen.

Unfair cut

After watching Friday’s episode, Frigstad doesn’t hide that he thought the episode was unfairly cut. She states that viewers don’t get the full impression of how intense it actually was.

– The discussion between me and Sander is cut in a much nicer and gentler way than it actually was. I wish they included bigger parts of it, because it was so much more ferocious and violent than what appears on TV, she says.

Frigstad is concerned that viewers can see what it really was like and that people at home understand how difficult it was to be a part of the show.

Reveal a secret deal

Although Frigstad and Dale were, to put it mildly, each other, they eventually agreed that Dale would sacrifice herself if she proved loyal.

– We held hands that if I leave and reveal in front of others that I am loyal, then he should look into the camera and say he is the biggest idiot in Norway and ask to come home in my place, he says.

According to the 21-year-old, this also didn’t see the light in the episode, which she thinks is crazy. On the other hand, she agrees that she would make the game problematic if Dale sacrifices himself and she returns herself.

– Then everyone would have known I was loyal, so it wouldn’t have worked, he says.

Frigstad believes she has become a stronger person after taking part in the program, and says she has now become even tougher and has realized that she doesn’t like being trampled by others.

– I’m sitting all alone in the boardroom, as both Hina and Kristin smoked in the first episode. She made me feel very naked as I sat at the end of the table and had to speak so clearly in front of so many eyes, she says.

At one point it became so difficult for her that she had to lock herself in her room and concentrate as hell not to collapse.

– I couldn’t call home or talk to a psychologist. I was so afraid of collapsing so I just had to sit alone in the room and focus on not collapsing. I really had to hold on and hold on, he tells Nettavisen.
