The study center of the IB University for Health and Social Affairs is located in the southern part of Cologne on the border with Bayenthal, a corner of Cologne that is one of the most popular due to its diverse attractiveness, the many green oases near the Rhine and its cozy atmosphere.
At the Study Center Cologne you benefit in particular from the historically grown cooperation between the IB University and the IB Medical Academy. In the almost 30-year-old school for speech therapy, you will complete the state-recognized vocational training as a speech therapist in addition to studying applied therapy science (BA). In the in-house speech therapy outpatient clinic, you can sit in and give therapy during the regular internship phases.
As a student in the training or part-time courses in Applied Therapy Science (B.Sc.) and Health Care Education / Health Education (BA), you will actively help shape the academization of the health professions. Surrounded by experts, you are right in the middle of the academization movement in Germany!
