Installed between rue de Villars and rue Galliéni, the imposing machine has been blocking the avenue Clemenceau passage since 6 a.m. this Monday morning, creating slowdowns during rush hours. A diversion is in place via Avenue Albert I and Rue Lazare-Hoche to reach Boulevard Foch from the Place du Luxembourg roundabout. However, traffic remains possible in the other direction.
The operation is expected to last all day, until 8 p.m. this evening.
