The patent often uses the word pseudo, which suggests that everything will work on the principle of a kind of simulation, which will be used mainly to amuse the driver and will not be absolutely necessary to control the vehicle itself. As part of this, Toyota also intends to place a generator in the car that will simulate the actual behavior of cars that have a manual transmission in response to a shift.
