Ellen DeGeneres broke the silence to apologize after multiple allegations of bad behavior at work.

Days after WarnerMedia bosses ordered a formal investigation into complaints from past and present staff members about their treatment behind the scenes at The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the host ended up taking the floor to respond to the controversy.
In a note sent to show staff and obtained by The Hollywood Reporter On Thursday, the celebrity expressed his disappointment.
“On the first day of our show, I told everyone when we first met that The Ellen DeGeneres Show would be a place of happiness – no one would ever raise their voice, and everyone would be treated with respect, ”she wrote.
“Obviously something has changed, and I’m disappointed to learn that it hasn’t. For that, I’m sorry, anyone who knows me knows that’s the opposite of what I believe and hoped for our show, ”she continued.
Ellen DeGeneres has promised to work with officials at WarnerMedia to address the issues raised.
Always according to The Hollywood Reporter, officials plan to reshuffle the show’s staff and replace executive co-producer Ed Glavin.
“As we have grown exponentially, I have not been able to stay on top of everything and I have relied on others to do their jobs as they knew I would like them to do. Clearly some haven’t, Ellen DeGeneres shared. Now that will change and I am determined to make sure that never happens again. ”
