The Tour de France will start on August 29 this year and will run until September 20. The French organizer ASO has decided that.
It was previously announced that due to the measures due to the coronavirus, the Tour could not start on 27 June as planned. The schedule remains unchanged: the start is on August 29 in Nice, the finish more than three weeks later in Paris.
The consequences of this decision for other rates are not yet known. For example, the Vuelta is scheduled for August 14 to September 6 and the World Cup in Switzerland will start on September 20.
